A number of banning orders are likely to be issued on Monday following violence that broke out during West Ham's game against Watford last weekend.
The club's move to the Olympic Stadium has been marred by fan in-fighting, a lack of segregation between rival supporters and criticism of stewards.
The stadium operators, LS185, say they are continuing to review footage and sanctions will be issued before West Ham's next game against Accrington Stanley on Wednesday.
Those guilty will either have their season tickets taken away or they will receive life-long or season-long bans.
A number of security measures have now been implemented including the appointment of ex-Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner Chris Allison, who will work with the London stadium partners to help resolve security issues.
