Middlesbrough striker Rudy Gestede begins physical therapy on his road to recovery after suffering a season-ending fractured ankle.
Gestede, 29, suffered the ankle injury in the final minutes of a Championship game against Hull in February, having scored twice in the 3-1 win.
The Benin striker had already missed several months earlier in the campaign due to a 'freak' training ground injury which required multiple surgeries.
With Middlesbrough sitting seventh in the Championship, just outside the play-off places, Gestede admits he is disappointed to miss the club's promotion push under Tony Pulis.
The former Blackburn and Aston Villa forward has decided to document his return to action on video, giving fans an insight into his recovery.
