Thousands of Manchester City supporters lined the streets as the Premier League champions celebrated this season's successes with an open-top bus parade on Monday.
Fans basked in the sunshine in Manchester city centre as Pep Guardiola and his squad travelled along Deansgate and past Albert Square with the Premier League trophy and Carabao Cup.
City won the title with five games to spare in April and went on to accumulate a record-breaking 100 points.
They also scored 106 goals and won 32 games as they finished 19 points ahead of their nearest rivals Manchester United.
This all followed February's League Cup final defeat of Arsenal.
Gabriel Jesus' injury-time winner on Saturday took the champions to an unprecedented 100 points with a 1-0 win over Southampton at St Mary's Stadium.
City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, who finished the Premier League season with the most assists (16), took time out from his celebrations to speak to SSN reporter Ben Ransom on the bus.
The Belgian said "These are the memories that last forever. Breaking all these records and seeing all these people wanting to party is amazing.
"The season has been unbelievable. Everything you win is special but these are the moments you dream of."
