Harry Winks' ankle injury is not considered serious despite the midfielder having to withdraw from the England squad.
The 21-year-old underwent scans on Monday and Sky Sports News understands they revealed no damage to ligaments.
Winks suffered a twisted right ankle against Crystal Palace on Sunday - not the same one he injured earlier this year.
Winks was out for several months over the summer after damaging ligaments in his left ankle against Burnley in April.
Harry Kane has also been forced out of England's friendlies against Germany and Brazil over the coming week after sustaining a knock against Palace at Wembley.
Dele Alli was already ruled out of England's matches with a hamstring strain that also kept him out of the Palace clash, but Mauricio Pochettino expects him to be fit to face Arsenal in just under a fortnight's time.
He said: "It is only a very small thing. It was a risk for him to play (against Palace) but for Arsenal he will be ready to play."
Tottenham face Arsenal, live on Sky Sports, in the lunchtime kick-off on Saturday November 18.
