Harry Kane revealed he was taking tips off Kobe Bryant after Tottenham's win over Liverpool on Sunday.
The England striker scored twice in the 4-1 victory at Wembley, which featured a host of special guests as Argentine legend Diego Maradona received an honorary No 10 Spurs shirt at half-time.
But Kane was taking (three) pointers off another sporting great following the win, as the self-confessed US sports fan admitted he sought the advice of 18-time NBA All-Star Bryant - who was also watching Spurs' victory in the stands.
"He's one of the world's best," Kane told Sky Sports, when asked about Bryant. "It will be nice to go and chat to him and pick his brains a bit.
"It was nice to put that performance on for him."
Kane, man of the match in the win over Liverpool, admitted his side could have scored even more goals in the win over Liverpool.
"We probably could have," said Kane. "Defensively we were solid and we were very good on the counter attack playing through the lines. Very happy with the performance."
Bryant was also presented with a Tottenham shirt after the game, as Kane handed over a No 24 jersey to the former LA Lakers shooting guard.
