Mauricio Pochettino hailed Tottenham’s victory over Crystal Palace as "unbelievable" and described Christian Eriksen’s winner as a "golazo".
Pochettino used the expression, which is a Spanish reference to describe an amazing goal, after Eriksen hit the winner 12 minutes from time to beat Palace 1-0 at Selhurst Park.
After Chelsea's victory over Southampton on Tuesday stretched their lead at the top of the Premier League to seven points, this was a must-win game for Spurs, who left it late to cut the gap back to four with five games to go.
Pochettino told Sky Sports: "I'm very pleased for him [Eriksen], it was an unbelievable goal. From my position, it was a golazo!
"In the second half, it was a very good performance.
"In the first half, it was difficult to move the ball quickly. We changed the shape at half-time and it was more fluid. We started to find the space and push Crystal Palace deeper and deeper.
"It was a big challenge for us to get three points and be alive in the chase for the title."
The title race now rolls onto Super Sunday, where Chelsea visit Everton before Tottenham host Arsenal in a mouth-watering north London derby - both games are live on Sky Sports.
"The challenge is now to keep going," Pochettino said.
"We have to try and recover which is easier when you win. It could be the last derby at White Hart Lane and it will be very special for our fans. It will be an exciting game."
