The Arsenal trio, whose side face Crystal Palace on Monday Night Football, discussed their best ever tweets with Laura Woods, including Mertesacker's post after winning the 2014 World Cup.
The Germany defender snapped himself with the trophy during the celebrations after Joachim Low guided his country to their fourth World Cup triumph.
Posted two days after Germany's 1-0 win over Argentina in the final, it was retweeted more than 2,000 times and racked up over 4,000 likes.
