Adam Lallana is set to sign a new three-year contract at Liverpool.
The deal, understood to be worth around £110,000 per week to the England forward, also contains the option to extend for a fourth year.
Lallana has just two years left to run on the five-year contract he signed when joining from Southampton in a £25m deal in the summer of 2014.
The 28-year-old has become an important first-team player under Jurgen Klopp, making 27 appearances and scoring seven goals this season,
He has scored 20 goals in 117 appearances in all competitions for the Reds.
Lallana began his career as a trainee at Southampton and was part of their side that rose up the leagues from League One to the top-flight under Nigel Adkins.
