Zlatan Ibrahimovic trained with his Manchester United team-mates at Carrington for the first time on Thursday.

The veteran striker was put through his paces by Jose Mourinho and staff after returning from his extended post-Euro 2016 break.

Ibrahimovic, who completed a Bosman free transfer to United in June after leaving Paris Saint-Germain, laughed and joked with Wayne Rooney, Phil Jones and fellow newcomer Eric Bailly.

Ibrahimovic is expected to feature in United's next pre-season friendly against Galatasaray in Gothenburg, in his home country, on Saturday.

The 34-year-old holidayed in the USA - in California - with Paul Pogba, who is expected to complete a move to Manchester United in the coming week.
