Manchester United have announced a record quarterly revenue of £123.4m for the three months ending March 31.
The figure is a 29.9 per cent improvement on last year's equivalent and is driven in the main by a 37.7 per cent upturn in commercial revenue to £65.8m.
United secured five sponsorship agreements during the quarter, including global deals with Gulf Oil International and 20th Century Fox.
And the club estimates revenue for the whole financial year will be between £500m and £510m despite the very real possibility there will be no Champions League football next season.
United go into the final day needing Manchester City to lose at Swansea if they are to have any chance of snatching the fourth qualifying spot.
A statement from United's executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward said: "The conclusion to this year's season demonstrates once again why the Premier League is the most popular league in the most popular sport.
"As we reflect on our season, we are delighted by the emergence of yet another crop of exciting young players that demonstrate once again our terrific track record of youth development.
"We are looking forward to the FA Cup final on May 21 and hopefully winning this special trophy for a record-equalling 12th time."
