Wayne Routledge scored twice as Swansea beat Reading 3-1 in their pre-season friendly at the Madejski Stadium.
Routledge's quickfire brace stunned the Championship hosts on Saturday, but they hit back with a fine long-range effort from Nick Blackman.
However, their hopes of a comeback were ended after the break when Bafetimbi Gomis made the most of a mix-up in the Royals defence to chip home number three.
