The Ralph Hasenhuttl revolution at Southampton welcomes Crystal Palace to St Mary's on Wednesday evening.
Despite being in charge for just eight games this season, 59 per cent of Southampton's 22 points this season have come in their games under manager Hasenhuttl.
Hasenhuttl needed just eight matches to surpass Mark Hughes' league win tally on the south coast, and has now insisted Saints' existing squad has plenty of room for improvement.
"I think that shows, the point that we are not looking in the moment extremely quickly on new players," said Hasenhuttl.
"We see we have quick-learning players and that there's more potential than maybe a lot of other people thought they have.
"So that shows me this quick-learning team have the chance to make the step. Now we have the chance to find the limit.
"To take this to the summer and let everyone show us how good they are, how much they can develop their game.
"We have a good chance to stay in this Premier League and then look beyond that."
Southampton won the previous clash between the pair at Selhurst Park when Danny Ings and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg scored for Hughes side.
Interestingly, there's been no draws in the last 19 meetings in all competitions between these two since a 1-1 draw in the Championship at Selhurst Park in 2008.

Matt Targett could be back in contention for Southampton after recovering from a knee injury but Charlie Austin is a doubt with an ankle problem.
Kayne Ramsey is also recovering from illness and Mario Lemina remains sidelined with abdominal trouble.
Roy Hodgson has a tough decision to make about who will start in goal as Wayne Hennessey and Vicente Guaita have recovered from injuries to join Julian Speroni in the challenge for the first team spot.
Connor Wickham and Christian Benteke have returned to fitness, and Bakary Sako is available after re-joining the club earlier this week.
