Will Jurgen Klopp maintain his unbeaten record against Man City? Will Man Utd make it four wins from four? We take a look at this weekend's Premier League questions...
The English top-flight return on Saturday as Liverpool travel to Manchester City, live on Sky Sports Premier League from 11.30am, before five 3pm games including Arsenal v Bournemouth and Leicester v Chelsea.
Super Sunday offers up a double header this weekend as Burnley host to Crystal Palace at 1.30pm before Newcastle travel to Swansea at 4pm with both games live on Sky Sports Premier League.
There is also the return of Monday Night Football from 7pm on Sky Sports Premier League as West Ham play their first home game of the season when they welcome Huddersfield to the London Stadium.
But what are the questions that could be answered this weekend? We take a look...
Will Jurgen Klopp maintain his unbeaten Premier League record against City? (Man City v Liverpool - Sky Sports Premier League from 11.30am)
Jurgen Klopp appears to have Man City's card marked as, since he took charge in October 2015, Liverpool are unbeaten in the Premier League matches they have played against their weekend opponents.
The Reds have won three of the four meetings and drew the other in March although City have lost just one of their last 23 Premier League matches at the Etihad Stadium (W13 D9 L1).
However, they have only kept a clean sheet in six of these games and with Sadio Mane netting in each of his last four league appearances, expect goals on Sky Sports Premier League this weekend.
How will Arsenal bounce back from their Liverpool defeat? (Arsenal v Bournemouth - Saturday, 3pm)
It's been a difficult start for Arsenal this season, with just one win to their name and two defeats including a 4-0 thrashing by Liverpool before the international break.
They currently sit just two places above Bournemouth in the Premier League table, with the Cherries yet to register a point and scoring just once so far, although this did come against Man City last time out.
But there is hope for Arsene Wenger's side as their three home meetings with Bournemouth in all competitions have all ended in victory, with the most recent being a 3-1 win in November.
Will Brighton break their scoring duck in the Premier League? (Brighton v West Brom - Saturday, 3pm)
The newly-promoted Seagulls are yet to find the back of the net in their first Premier League season although they did register their first point against Watford a few weeks ago.
But it's not all doom and gloom. While there have only been three previous occasions of a side not scoring in their opening four games of a Premier League campaign - Swansea in 2011-12, Newcastle in 2005-06 and Sheffield Wednesday in 1993-94 - none of those sides were relegated in their respective seasons.
However, West Brom have made an unbeaten start to the season (W2, D1) and have kept two clean sheets against Bournemouth and Burnley.
Can Spurs continue their impressive September record? (Everton v Tottenham - Saturday, 3pm)
Tottenham will be hoping for an improvement in form now that September has arrived. The north London side have won their last six Premier League games in September, which have all come in the last two seasons.
Indeed, as soon as August was out of the way, Harry Kane scored his first goals of the season for England against Malta with Spurs fans hoping he can also open his account at club level this weekend.
For Everton, they are winless in their last nine Premier League games against Spurs (D5 L4) since a 2-1 win in December 2012.
Will Danny Drinkwater make his Chelsea debut against his old side? (Leicester v Chelsea - Saturday, 3pm)
Danny Drinkwater's move to Chelsea finally came to fruition late on Deadline Day, with the Premier League champions eventually forking out £35m for the defensive midfielder.
With a thigh strain looking to be on the mend, Drinkwater could make his Blues debut this weekend - against his previous club, Leicester at the King Power Stadium.
Interestingly, Chelsea haven't won away from home in the month of September in any of the last four Premier League seasons (W0 D4 L3). If this pattern continues, it could be a frustrating return for Drinkwater.
Will Virgil van Dijk be back in the Saints squad? (Southampton v Watford - Saturday, 3pm)
After intense summer speculation linking Virgil van Dijk with a move away from St Mary's, the defender has now returned to first team training with Southampton and could be named in the matchday 18 this weekend.
The Netherlands international had been training on his own since handing in a transfer request, but could now return for the Saints when they host Watford on Saturday with both sides amassing five points so far this season.
The good news for Southampton is they are unbeaten in their last five Premier League matches against Watford (W3 D2) but the Hornets have kept a clean sheet in their last two league matches and have restricted their opponents to just four shots on target.
Will Man Utd maintain their perfect Premier League start in the Potteries? (Stoke v Man Utd - Saturday, 5.30pm)
Just one 100 per cent record still stands in the Premier League, and that belongs to Manchester United who have scored a whopping 10 goals in three games and have kept clean sheets in each of those matches.
But they will face a tough trip to the Bet365 Stadium on Saturday evening where Stoke are unbeaten in their last four home Premier League games against United (W2 D2).
Jose Mourinho also hasn't been on the winning side in any of his last four clashes against the Potters (D3 L1), with one of those draws in the League Cup in October 2015 which his Chelsea side lost 5-4 on penalties.
Will Crystal Palace register their first Premier League points of the season? (Burnley v Crystal Palace - Super Sunday on Sky Sports Premier League from 12.30pm)
It's been a poor start to the season for Crystal Palace, who are yet to score or register a point in the Premier League as new manager Frank de Boer adapts to English football.
The Eagles have never failed to find the net in the opening four games of a league season in their history, but Burnley did win both Premier League clashes against Crystal Palace last season.
The good news? There could be a second debut for Mamadou Sakho after his Deadline Day move from Liverpool on a permanent basis, with Crystal Palace hoping he can shore up a leaky defence.
Could Renato Sanches make his Premier League debut? (Swansea v Newcastle - Super Sunday on Sky Sports Premier League from 3.30pm)
One of Deadline Day's left-field deals, Euro 2016 winner Renato Sanches joined Swansea on loan from Bayern Munich and linked up with Carlo Ancelotti's former assistant manager at the Bundesliga club, Paul Clement.
The Portugal midfielder could make his Premier League debut live on Sky Sports Premier League this Sunday and show why he was awarded the 2016 Golden Boy trophy, which has previously been won by the likes of Lionel Messi and Wayne Rooney.
Just one point and place separate the Swans and Newcastle after three games played, with both sides winning and keeping clean sheets in their previous matches.
Will it be a happy homecoming for bottom-of-the-table West Ham? (West Ham v Huddersfield - Monday Night Football on Sky Sports Premier League from 7pm)
After three successive away Premier League games - and three successive losses - West Ham are back on home turf as they host Huddersfield on Monday Night Football.
They will be hoping the Hammers fans can spur them on to claim their first points of the campaign and pull them off the bottom of the table, but they come up against a Huddersfield side who have started well in their maiden Premier League season.
The Terriers are unbeaten so far (W2, D1) and are yet to concede a goal. Should they manage the same feat at the London Stadium, they will be the first newly promoted side to keep four clean sheets in their opening league matches and the first team since Man City did so in the 2015/16 season.
