Fowler's hat-trick - 1994/95
A 19-year-old Robbie Fowler etched his name into Liverpool folklore, scoring a five-minute hat-trick past England goalkeeper David Seaman in a a 3-0 victory over Arsenal. Until Sadio Mane's three goals in three minutes for Southampton in 2015, Fowler's was the fastest Premier League hat-trick.
Henry saves Arsenal - 2003/04
Trailing 2-1 at half-time, a Thierry Henry hat-trick helped Arsenal fight back and secure a 4-2 win to keep them on track in the Premier League, lifting them seven points clear at the top in what would prove their invincible season.
Mellor's winner - 2004/05
With almost the last kick of the game, Liverpool academy product Mellor fired an unstoppable drive beyond the reach of Jens Lemann at the Kop end to clinch a 2-1 victory for Rafael Benitez's charges.
