Tottenham welcome Burnley at 4pm on Sunday, before 'Mersey Monday' on Monday Night Football with Everton taking on local rivals Liverpool at Goodison Park at 8pm.
Will the Blues match their unbeaten record? (Crystal Palace v Chelsea, Saturday, 12.30pm - Premier League Live, Sky Sports 1)
After an indifferent start to the Premier League season, Chelsea have rocketed to the top of the table with Wednesday's win at Sunderland sending them six points clear.
Antonio Conte's side have conceded just two goals during their 10-game winning streak and Saturday's short trip to south London could see them match their previous record of 11 unbeaten matches, set in September 2009.
Chelsea will come up against a Crystal Palace side who have won just one of their last ten Premier League fixtures - losing seven - and have earned just five points in 10 league London derbies since the start of last season - fewer than any other side from the capital in the same period.
Will Swansea earn their first away win under Bob Bradley? (Middlesbrough v Swansea, Saturday, 3pm)
Swansea continue to struggle despite the arrival of Bob Bradley in October and are currently three points adrift of safety with another tricky away trip this weekend.
They have won just one game on the road this term - on the opening day against Burnley - and have won a solitary point in the away fixtures under the American boss so far.
Middlesbrough sit three-points clear over Swansea and will be hoping extend that gap at the Riverside Stadium.
Will the Foxes rediscover their match-winning form? (Stoke v Leicester, Saturday, 3pm)
What a difference a week makes. Last weekend, Leicester beat Manchester City 4-2 in front of a jubilant King Power crowd, before being dismissed 1-0 by Bournemouth on Tuesday evening.
Leicester have struggled domestically this season, and this Saturday presents another chance to rediscover the form that catapulted them to the top of the table last term.
The Potters have won three home games this season following a dismal start in the Premier League, while the Foxes have earned just one point on the road this term.
Will Jermain Defoe break his Watford duck? (Sunderland v Watford, Saturday, 3pm)
There are not many teams that Jermain Defoe has not scored against - having netted against 35 sides in the Premier League - but Watford are one of them.
The striker has faced the Hornets on three occasions - once for Sunderland and twice for Tottenham - but none of his 151 top-flight strikes have breached the Hertfordshire side's defence.
Watford could jump into the top 10 with a win on Saturday if other results go their way, but have lost on four of their five Premier League visits to the Stadium of Light.
Will Hull put an end their dismal away form with victory in London? (West Ham v Hull, Saturday, 3pm)
It has been far from an easy start to the season for Hull, who currently sit second from bottom and three points adrift of 17th place.
Hull are on a run of six successive away defeats in the Premier League - failing to win since 6 November - and they have failed to score in the last four of these fixtures on the road.
West Ham have also won six successive league games at home against Hull, not suffering defeat since January 1990, and will be buoyed by their vital 1-0 victory against Burnley in midweek to pull themselves clear of the bottom three.
Another unbeaten Premier League game for United? (West Brom v Man Utd, Saturday, 5.30pm)
Despite a run of frustrating draws, Jose Mourinho's side are on an unbeaten run of seven games, winning the last two.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is in a fine run of scoring form - netting eight times in his last eight games in all competitions - including a late winner against Crystal Palace in midweek.
But they come up against a resolute West Brom side who are just four points behind Manchester United in the table - currently sitting in eighth - with their only defeat in their last six league fixtures coming against top-of-the-table Chelsea.
Who will take the local bragging rights in the south coast derby? (Bournemouth v Southampton, Sunday, 1.30pm - Nissan Super Sunday, Sky Sports 1)
Our Nissan Super Sunday coverage kicks off with a derby in the south with coastal pride on offer at the Vitality Stadium.
It is set to be a closely-run contest with both sides level on 21 points in mid-table, with Bournemouth victorious over Leicester in midweek while Southampton drew with Stoke.
The Sky Sports clash has seen some spice in recent fixtures, with a red card in three of the last four competitive meetings between these sides - two for the Saints (Victor Wanyama and Oscar Gobern) and one for the Cherries (Adam Smith).
Will Petr Cech avoid an unwanted clean sheets record? (Man City v Arsenal, Sunday, 4pm - Nissan Super Sunday, Sky Sports 1)
After going unbeaten since the opening day of the season, Arsenal suffered their first league defeat in 24 games to Everton on Tuesday and have not kept a clean sheet in the league since 22 October - a run of seven games.
With Manchester City known for their free-scoring style, goalkeeper Petr Cech could earn an unwanted personal record on Sunday - he has never failed to keep a clean sheet in eight consecutive Premier League fixtures.
Pep Guardiola's men will also be boosted by their first home win in the top flight since September 17 on Wednesday in what is set to be a crucial Super Sunday clash at the top of the table.
Will Spurs' changed formation be deployed again? (Tottenham v Burnley, Sunday, 4pm - Nissan Super Sunday, Sky Sports 1)
Mauricio Pochettino set up his side in a 3-4-2-1 formation on Wednesday evening, and it reaped huge rewards as they thrashed Hull 3-0 with Christian Eriksen, Danny Rose and Kyle Walker shining in their new roles.
But it was only the second time the Argentine has used the formation, indicating that it may not be his most preferred, but another run out against Burnley could be on the cards this weekend.
The Clarets will also be looking to put some daylight between themselves and the relegation zone - sitting five points above 18th spot - after losing four of their last five Premier League games.
Who will keep their cool in the hostile atmosphere on Mersey Monday? (Everton v Liverpool, Monday, 8pm - Monday Night Football, Sky Sports 1)
There have been 21 red cards in 48 Premier League meetings between these two fierce rivals, which is the most any fixture has produced in Premier League history.
Ronald Koeman has a big decision to make to whether bring Everton defender Ramiro Funes Mori in to the side to replace the suspended Phil Jagielka. He became the latest addition to the long list of dismissed players in this contest after his high tackle on Liverpool striker Divock Origi last season.
