Following reports Real Madrid have dropped out of the race sign Pogba, the France midfielder is even-money to return to Manchester United, four years after leaving Old Trafford. Dimitri Payet (West Ham)
Payet's stock has risen significantly after a stellar debut season in England was followed up with some match-winning displays at the Euros. The Real Madrid (12/1) and PSG (14/1) are big prices to lure him away from the Hammers and, with co-chairman David Gold insisting the Frenchman is worth £100m and is not for sale, it would take a brave man to bet against him running out at the Olympic Stadium next term.

John Stones (Everton)
Having seen Everton stand in the way of a potential transfer to Chelsea last season, England centre-back Stones is odds-on to leave Goodison Park this summer. Germany World Cup winner Mario Gotze is expected to leave Bayern this summer after a season of frustration at the Allianz Arena. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Borussia Dortmund)
The Bundesliga Player of the Year is one of Europe's most-coveted strikers after hitting the net 25 times in 29 leagues games last season, and clubs are queuing for his signature. Man City are in pole position at 4/1 after Sky sources revealed advanced talks had taken place with Dortmund. Arsenal (16/1) are next while Man Utd and Real Madrid (18/1) are also in the running, although at this stage Aubameyang is tipped to remain at the Signal Iduna Park.

Jose Mourinho's appointment as United manager has seemed to spell the Mata's stint at Old Trafford. The Toffees head a 10-club list of suitors which include Juventus (7/1), Valencia (10/1) and Spurs (12/1).

Riyad Mahrez (Leicester)
After a breakthrough season for surprise Premier League winners Leicester, talismanic playmaker Mahrez won the PFA Player of the Year and will be top of many shopping lists this summer. Arsenal at 5/2 seems the most likely destination, while PSG (10/1) and Barcelona (9/2) have the money to make Leicester an offer they can't refuse. Nevertheless, with the team built around him and Champions League guaranteed, it would be no surprise to see Mahrez stay at the King Power for one more year.

Alvaro Morata (Real Madrid)
Real Madrid exercised their buy-back option on the 23-year-old Spain striker after a successful two years in Turin. The question now is whether he will be given a chance at the Bernabeu or be sold on to the highest bidder? If Morata is to go anywhere, his Juventus links mean that Chelsea under Antonio Conte are strong favourites at 6/4.

Gonzalo Higuain (Napoli)

Despite an underwhelming season at Stamford Bridge, Hazard's performances at the Euros for Belgium showed why he is still one of the most-feared attacking midfielders in the game. Alexandre Lacazette (Lyon)
Lacazette was unfortunate to miss out on a spot in Didier Deschamps France squad for the Euros after scoring 21 goals in Ligue 1 last season for Lyon and has a long list of suitors. West Ham have had a £32m bid rejected and are still 5/1, while Liverpool and PSG (both 8/1) are also in the race. At 2/1 Arsenal have emerging as the favourites for his signature, although Lyon's reported £43.5m asking price could see Lacazette remain at his hometown club for another season.
