Manchester United, Manchester City and West Ham will all be live on Sky Sports on Sunday as the race for European qualification reaches its climax.
The fourth and final Champions League spot will be decided on the final day of the season, with the two Manchester clubs scrapping it out for qualification.
Manchester United's home game against Bournemouth is live on Sky Sports 1 from 2.30pm, with Louis van Gaal's side knowing that a win is necessary if they are to have any chance of finishing above their neighbours. Defeat could see them finish as low as seventh.
On Sky Sports 2 from 2.55pm, you can see Manchester City's trip to Swansea. A draw should be enough to ensure Pep Guardiola will inherit a side in the Champions League play-off round next season - but a home win would hand the initiative to Manchester United.
On Sky Sports 3 from 2.55pm, West Ham travel to Stoke knowing that it would take a mathematical miracle to finish fourth, but Europa League qualification is in their hands.
And on Sky Sports News HQ from midday, Jeff Stelling and his Soccer Special panel will bring you news of all 10 Premier League matches being played on Sunday, with all of them kicking off at 3pm.
Plus there will be extended highlights of all 10 matches on Match Choice on Sky Sports 1 at 10pm, preceded by Game of the Day at 8pm on the same channel.
Join Sky Sports on Sunday for all of the drama of the final day of the Premier League season.
