Claudio Ranieri has invited Prince William to Leicester City to experience the 'electric' atmosphere currently at the club.

City have captured the imagination of the football world with their sensational rise this season with The Duke of Cambridge saying he is "dying" for Leicester to win the Premier League.

Ranieri's men travel to Sunderland on Super Sunday seven points ahead of their closest pursuers Tottenham, who take on Manchester United.

When asked by Geoff Shreeves about what he thought of William's kind words, Ranieri said: "That's pressure!"

"I want the future king to come to Leicester and enjoy it with us," he said.

"He can touch with his hands how close we are with our fans. It's amazing what I feel in this situation from the fans and the chairman, the staff, everybody, it's magnificent. There is electricity."

The Foxes could move 10 points ahead of Tottenham with a win and would then only need three more victories to guarantee them a historic Premier League crown.

Ranieri has told his Leicester players that they must treat every match like it's their final game of the season.

"Every day in the meeting before we go onto the pitch, I'll tell my players that today is the final game," he said.

"We are in, or we are out....This is my job."

Leicester visit Sunderland on Super Sunday at 1.30pm on Sky Sports 1HD.
