Premier League fixtures live on Sky Sports: Liverpool v Man Utd among January schedule

Sky Sports has added seven live Premier League matches to its New Year schedule - including the first meeting of Jurgen Klopp and Louis van Gaal.

As the season passes the halfway stage, Sky Sports has confirmed even more of the biggest games in front of its cameras, with Liverpool going head-to-head with Manchester United and Chelsea visiting London rivals Arsenal in the first month of 2016.

The matches are part of an unrivalled schedule of sport through the festive period and into 2016, with live England Test Cricket from South Africa, William Hill World Championship Darts on the recently announced Sky Sports Darts channel, and Capital One Cup semi-finals.

Sky Sports head of football Gary Hughes said: "Sky Sports has shown the biggest games in 2015, and we are starting as we mean to go on in 2016 with two huge Super Sundays from Anfield and the Emirates.

The live matches are part of 116 Premier League fixtures to be shown exclusively live on Sky Sports this season with unrivalled analysis from Thierry Henry, Gary Neville, Jamie Carragher, Jamie Redknapp and Graeme Souness.

Sky Sports viewers are enjoying another huge season of live football, including 127 matches from Football League - more than ever before - 300 matches from La Liga, Capital One Cup, the climax of UEFA Euro 2016 qualification, action from Scotland in the SPFL and Scottish Cup, as well as MLS and Eredivisie.
