Frank de Boer has been sacked by Crystal Palace just 77 days and four games into the job. But that's far from the shortest managerial tenure we have seen in this country.

The Dutchman joined the south London club on 26 June, replacing Sam Allardyce, who had retired after keeping Palace in the Premier League at the end of last season.
