We are approaching the climax of the 2017/18 season, and with trophies, promotions and relegations all to be decided, we take a look at what can happen in English football this weekend...

Premier League

Manchester City will be Premier League champions this weekend if they win at Tottenham on Saturday evening and Manchester United lose at home to West Brom the next day.

A defeat for West Brom, however, could relegate them if Swansea, Huddersfield and Crystal Palace all win on Saturday.

If Manchester United win, they'll be guaranteed a Champions League spot if Chelsea lose at Southampton at lunchtime on Saturday. All three games are live on Sky Sports Premier League.

Wolves could seal their promotion to the Premier League without kicking a ball this weekend. If Fulham fail to beat Brentford on Saturday at tea-time then they'll be promoted regardless of whether they beat Birmingham at midday on Sunday. A victory over the Blues would guarantee promotion regardless of what the Fulham do.

Down at the bottom, Burton can be relegated if they lose to Derby at 3pm on Saturday, Bolton win at Barnsley and Birmingham win on Sunday.

Bury have been all-but relegated from League One but their fate could be sealed this weekend. Anything but a win for the Shakers would guarantee a drop to League Two, and even victory wouldn't be enough if Oldham avoid defeat against Gillingham.
