When can Chelsea win the Premier League title and when will the final relegation spot be sealed?

Antonio Conte's side closed in on the crown with a 3-0 Monday Night Football win that condemned Middlesbrough to the Championship.

As a busy programme of fixtures continues this week, here's what could be settled when at both ends of the table...

Race for the title

Chelsea will clinch the title if they win at West Brom on Friday - a game you can see live on Sky Sports.

Even if Antonio Conte's side surprisingly drop points, they will be crowned on Sunday unless second-placed Tottenham, facing Manchester United on Super Sunday, better their result. The Blues will also have another chance at home to Watford on Monday.

Top-four battle

Liverpool and Manchester City remain in the driving seat for Champions League qualification but Arsenal - who kept their hopes alive with victory over Manchester United at the weekend - can leapfrog United into fifth if they beat Southampton on Wednesday.

The Gunners would then be three points behind City, having played the same number of games, and four points off Liverpool, with a fixture in hand.

Fight for survival

Hull will be relegated alongside Sunderland and Boro if they lose at Crystal Palace on Sunday and Swansea beat Sunderland on Saturday.

A draw at Selhurst Park would secure safety for Palace as well as Watford and Burnley, who would be out of reach of Hull, but leave the Tigers on the brink - by virtue of their inferior goal difference - were Swansea to triumph.

The Hornets and Clarets can also control their own destiny with a point in their respective fixtures - Watford travel to Everton on Friday while Burnley are in action on Saturday at Bournemouth.
