The FA will investigate claims that Harry Redknapp failed to report his players for betting on one of their own matches.
Former Tottenham, West Ham and QPR manager became the latest and final victim of the Daily Telegraph's sting investigation into corruption in football.
It is against FA rules for players to bet on matches and officials in the game, including managers, are expected to report any misconduct to the governing body.
Redknapp denies any wrongdoing and there is no suggestion of criminality.
The Telegraph has not named the club or players, for legal reasons.
The FA is awaiting the full transcripts from the newspaper and will meet with London Police next week.
