IPL 2016: Mark Butcher plays table tennis with Delhi's Karun Nair

Why are Delhi flying high in 2016 competition?

Anyone for table tennis? Mark Butcher has a game with Delhi Daredevils' Karun Nair

A year on from playing Delhi Daredevils' Shreyas Iyer at pool, Sky Sports' Mark Butcher took on his team-mate Karun Nair at table tennis.

When Butch caught up with Iyer, Delhi were on their way to a third straight season of struggle, the men from the Indian capital ending the campaign seventh out of the eight teams in the IPL.

The former Surrey star's meeting with Nair, though, came amid happier times for the Daredevils, with the Zaheer Khan-captained side winning three of their opening four games, before a one-run defeat to Gujarat Lions in their fifth.

Watch the video above to see Nair discuss the reason for Delhi's upturn - and whether Butch was able to best the young Indian at table tennis.
