The Durham man, who was hit on the helmet, initially looked stunned but clambered to his feet and exchanged a smile and a handshake with the Middlesex fast bowler, who is back in the team after missing the World Twenty20 with injury.
Stokes later tweeted: "Bowlers union is a myth@finnysteve.
Finn replied: "I blame the wicket. Length ball that jumped."
