Detroit Pistons' Andre Drummond met England one-day captain Eoin Morgan and Brendon McCullum as the worlds of basketball and cricket collided at Lord's.
Drummond, an NBA All-Star for the first time in 2016, met up with the Middlesex duo at the Home of Cricket and, inevitably with three top-level athletes, a competition ensued.
After Drummond had tried his hand at cricket, Morgan and McCullum feeding balls to the fully padded-up basketball star, and then been shown how it is done by the pros, roles were reversed.
As a basketball hoop was produced and the challenge of scoring 100 points in 54 seconds was set, with Morgan and McCullum teaming up to take on Drummond.
Unsurprisingly, the 6ft11in American reached the target with time to spare, putting in his 50th basket with 52.56 seconds on the clock. The question was, could Morgan and McCullum join Drummond in racking up the required points in the time allowed?
