"You can't tell me that it is not a magnificent spectacle."
Nasser Hussain was unequivocal in his backing for Twenty20 internationals on the latest Sky Cricket Podcast - which you can download here - a day after England coach Trevor Bayliss called for them to be axed.
Speaking to Ian Ward in Hamilton after England's two-run victory over New Zealand, Bayliss said: "I wouldn't play T20 international cricket.

"If you want to play a World Cup every four years or so maybe get the international teams to play six months before, but I'd just let the franchises play."
Hussain, though, says the format results in "the best against the best" and is the part of cricket most attractive to supporters.
"Forget what you want - don't be the old fogey and say 'it's not supposed to be like this'," he said. "Remember what your punter wants and they want more Twenty20.
"You have to keep pushing that form as that's where the interest is - but keep an eye on Test cricket. I've always said that's your main course. Your pudding, your treat at the end of it is Twenty20."
Nasser, David Lloyd and Ian Ward also preview the Tri-Series final in Auckland on Wednesday - which you can watch live on Sky Sports Cricket - New Zealand will play Australia after edging out England on net run rate.
Suffice to say, Bumble is expecting plenty of boundaries at the same venue where Australia chased down New Zealand's 243-6 with seven balls to spare in the group phase - 32 sixes were hit on that occasion.
The boys also discuss:
- Whether England should persevere with Sam Billings
- England's "awful" new-ball bowling
- If players should be rested for T20 internationals
