Sky Sports wins four categories at British Sports Journalism Awards

Sky Sports won in no less than four categories at Monday night's SJA British Sports Journalism Awards.

The Sports Journalists' Association host the annual awards with nominations open to all sports writers, contributors to national, regional or weekly newspapers - as well as specialist sports magazines, news agencies and websites.

Sky Sports collected an impressive four awards - from six nominations - with Sky Sports Cricket winning three of them.

Ian Ward picked up Best Broadcast Sports Presenter for his work with our Sky Sports Cricket department. Head of Cricket Bryan Henderson, accepted on his behalf with a note from Ian.

He said: "As anyone who has worked in front of camera knows - we have the easy job. It is the people behind the camera that do the hard yards.
