Isaac Chamberlain is happy to face Lawrence Okolie if he receives suitable terms for the fight at The O2 on February 3

Isaac Chamberlain says he "100 per cent" wants a grudge fight with Lawrence Okolie after being branded a "coward" by his London rival.

The Brixton fighter is still negotiating terms for the potential cruiserweight clash at The O2 on February 3, while Okolie has already signed a contract, and he reacted angrily to questions about the fight after his stoppage win over Antonio Sousa.

Chamberlain has been set a Friday deadline to reach an agreement and insists he will happily share the ring with Okolie, if a deal is thrashed out with promoter Eddie Hearn.

Lawrence Okolie branded Chamberlain and his trainer Ted Bami as 'cowards' in his post-fight interview

"At the end of the day, it's not when it's right for Lawrence, or if it's perfect for Lawrence, it's perfect for both of us," Chamberlain told Sky Sports.

"Of course I'm ready to fight, but my team are negotiating the purses and everything at this present moment. If it was up to me, I've brought a pen with me right now."

Asked if he still wants to face Okolie early next year, Chamberlain responded: "Definitely, 100 per cent. I'm a fighter, a born fighter. I fought [Wadi] Camacho when I had five fights, so this is nothing new to me.

"I'm looking forward to it, definitely. It's just all up to my uncle and my team that's sorting it out. But I really hope it gets done. I hope it gets over the line, because I'm really looking forward to this fight."

Okolie has extended his unbeaten record to seven victories - with six knockouts - but Chamberlain is confident he will end their feud in destructive style.

"I want to knock him out. I'm going to knock him out," said the 23-year-old, who has nine straight victories on his perfect record. "I'm going to train so hard, I'm going to knock him out cold."
