Spencer Fearon hopes his journey in boxing can inspire young people to "shoot for the stars".
'The Knowledge' - has seen virtually every aspect of the fight game since coming through the ranks of Brixton's Miguel's gym as a young boxer.
The former Southern Area title challenger was the first person to receive manager, training and coaching licences at one sitting with the British Boxing Board of Control, and produced eight champions over a four-year period.
Now a boxing consultant, mentor and motivational speaker, Fearon wants to pass on 'The Knowledge' to the next generation.
"I try to tell all the kids 'you can do it [succeed]. I don't care who you are you can actually do it'," he says in episode 22 of Sky Sports' My Icon series.
"I get young kids coming up to me saying I want to be like you and I say you don't want to be like me you should want to be 10 times better than anything I am than I am accomplishing or have accomplished.
"I want everybody to win. I want them to shoot for the stars I want them to get it. That's the most important thing for me."
Fearon talks about his journey in the latest instalment of My Icon, which premieres on Saturday at 7am on Sky Sports Mix and is available On Demand. The episode is repeated on Saturday at 11.40pm.
