Carl Frampton wants to take on British rival Lee Selby in a unification fight but says it won't happen until spring 2017 at the earliest.
The Jackal admits he is expecting a rematch with Leo Santa Cruz first due to the rematch clause in the deal for their recent WBA Super world featherweight fight in New York.
Frampton's victory saw IBF holder Selby immediately call him out for an showdown before the end of the year, but the Belfast star says it needs to be in an open-air stadium and has set his sights on Windsor Park.
"It needs to be spring or early summer because it's a stadium fight and a unification fight between two British world champions," Frampton told Sky Sports.
"I'd love that fight at Windsor Park but I feel, as I am the new WBA champion and even though Lee has been the IBF champion for a few fights now, I am in the driving seat because I sell all the tickets.
"I believe he's one of the best fighters in Britain, pound-for-pound, and he's an amazing fighter but I think me at featherweight?
"I am stronger than I have ever been and I believe I could win the fight. But these are the fights are the ones I want."
Selby and WBC world featherweight champion Gary Russell Jr were both ringside at the Barclay Center in New York to watch Frampton become the first fighter to beat Mexican star Santa Cruz.
The Jackal has revealed there was a rematch clause in the contract and wants it to happen before the year's out but made it clear whoever and wherever he fights, it has to be against a top-level opponent.
"All the fights are big from here on in," he said.
"There's no easy options any more and that's the way it should be. I'm not the youngest guy in the world, I'm 29 and feel like I've given my whole life to boxing, so I am reaping the rewards now.
"I am a two-weight world champion. I am entitled to be involved in big fights now and I am happy with that."
Frampton returned home last weekend and will be honoured by an official homecoming event in Belfast on Friday.
