Kal Yafai will make the second defence of his title on the undercard of Anthony Joshua and Kubrat Pulev, live on Sky Sports Box Office.
The WBA World super-flyweight champion takes on unbeaten Japanese challenger Sho Ishida at the iconic Principality Stadium, on Saturday, October 28.
Yafai won the world title in December and made his first defence in his homecoming in May, but is looking forward to appearing in front of an expected crowd of around 80,000.
"I can't wait to walk out in front of that many people," he told Sky Sports.
"Walking into the ring with your world title belt is one thing but the longer the ringwalk, the better it is for me. I will enjoy it.
"It's harder when you're on the same bill as Joshua, but of course I want to steal the show. It's a pay-per-view show, I want to make sure I treat people watching it on Sky Sports Box Office and in the stadium.
"I want to put on a really impressive performance. I am going to knock Ishida out."
Ishida, from Sakai, Osaka, will be boxing outside Japan for the first time, as did compatriot Suguru Muranaka, who Yafai beat in Birmingham last time out.
But the 25-year-old challenger is confident he will redress the balance and win the WBA World title in Wales.
"My first challenge for the world championship is going to be my first fight outside of Japan, but there is no fear," he told Sky Sports.
"I am looking forward to fighting in the UK. To become a world champion is the only reason why I box. No matter who I challenge and no matter where I challenge, I will be a world champion."
Yafai boxed for Team GB in Bejing in the 2008 Olympics and with Japan's Naoya Inoue currently holding the WBO super-flyweight title, Jerwin Ancajas of the Philippines claiming the IBF belt and Thailand's Srisaket Sor Runvisai the WBC holder after beating Roman Gonzalez, he is expecting his toughest test yet.
"He looks pretty tall," he said. "I think that's his biggest attribute going for him. He's busy with his jab and he seems comfortable on the back foot. We'll see on October 28 if he does anything else but if he plans on using just his height and jab it won't be enough to beat someone like me.
"It will be the biggest crowd he's boxed in front of, outside of Japan for the first time and in his first twelve rounder as well.
"But travelling away effects fighters in different ways. Just look at my last opponent, it was his first time outside of Japan and he loved it. He didn't stop smiling."
